LIGHTBUILDING Hall

The story of this project:

In 2025, BRB Engineering carried out the restyling of the Lightbuilding hall, located at Via Angelo Scarsellini 14 in Milan, covering a total area of approximately 300 sqm.

Commissioned by Kryalos SGR – Fondo Tesaurus and designed by Roncalli Architetti & Partners, the project aimed to enhance the common areas of the business centre, transforming them into a contemporary, welcoming, and functional environment.

As General Contractor, BRB Engineering executed the fit-out works, overseeing the aesthetic renewal of the hall through new finishes, coverings, and custom furnishings that gave the space a more harmonious and distinctive character.

Warm materials, full-height glass surfaces, and striking circular lighting elements define a modern and representative entrance area, designed to offer an experience consistent with Lightbuilding’s identity: an elegant, efficient, and recognizable landmark in Milan’s business landscape.
