The story of this project:

Since 2009, BRB Engineering has partnered with Intesa Sanpaolo under an ongoing framework agreement, with over 80,000 sqm renovated across branches, institutional offices, and headquarters in Central and Northern Italy.

As General Contractor, BRB Engineering took on the challenge of renovating more than 100 branches and numerous office spaces, ranging between 400 and 1,500 sqm, while always ensuring the bank's uninterrupted operations. Thanks to detailed planning and efficient site organization, each project was delivered on time and to high-quality standards.

This collaboration introduced a new branch design concept, enhancing functionality and redefining how banking spaces are experienced and utilized. A perfect balance between technical efficiency and aesthetic innovation.
