Masseria Santa Marina

The story of this project:

Nestled in the Salento countryside, just a few kilometers from Gallipoli, Masseria Santa Marina stands as one of the first hospitality projects by BRB Engineering. Completed in 2012, the project transformed a historic rural masseria into a refined 800-sqm hospitality structure comprising 8 apartments.

BRB Engineering oversaw the entire operation, from design to development, acting as General Contractor, and carefully managing regional regulations while enhancing the area's identity. Every space was conceived to harmonize with the surrounding landscape, using local materials such as pietra leccese.

The result is a destination that fuses comfort and authenticity, where contemporary design meets Salento tradition, offering guests a unique and locally rooted experience.
