In the heart of Florence, the Room Mate Collection Luca project, carried out in parallel with Room Mate Collection Isabella, is another example of excellence by BRB Engineering, acting as General Contractor in 2024.

Once again partnering with Colliers (PM) and LGF Spaces (ID), BRB Engineering completed a full restyling in just 5 months, focusing on exclusive details and custom elements.

Custom wallpapers and high-quality finishes helped shape a hotel that exemplifies modern elegance and stylistic consistency, seamlessly integrated into the Florentine context.
