Volta 37 Apartment Building

The story of this project:

In Saronno, between 2022 and 2023, BRB Engineering designed and executed the energy retrofit of the Volta 37 Apartment Building (3,000-sqm), leveraging the opportunities offered by the Italian Ecobonus to improve enerfy performace.

As General Contractor, BRB Engineering managed every phase, from bureaucratic proceduresand to financial reporting, ensuring full compliance with deadlines.

Key upgrades included a new thermal insulation system, a centralized heating plant, and a photovoltaic system, boosting the building's energy efficiency.

The result is a more sustainable, and aesthetically renewed space, an example of BRB Engineering’s integrated and precise approach.
