Weissmatten Apartments

The story of this project:

At the foot of Monte Rosa, immersed in the authentic landscape of the Lys Valley, BRB Engineering transformed a former disused hotel into a modern residential and commercial complex. Completed between 2023 and 2024, the project involved the realization of 10 apartments, a guesthouse with 6 rooms, and a bar/restaurant.

Spanning over 2,000 sqm, the intervention entailed a full architectural and systems renovation, featuring high-end finishes. Each two- or three-room apartment faces the ski slopes and the Lys stream, offering breathtaking views in every season.

Each unit includes a private basement or mezzanine cellar. The project celebrates the Alpine identity, balancing contemporary style with local tradition.
